Uf! Festival- Street festival-Art as a way of living

Finally!
Youth from Zenica showed what they dream about and what they can deliver.  

Youth Association for Promotion Eco and Alternative Culture 'Priroda i Društvo' got opportunity to realize UF! Festival thanks to Schuler Helfen Leben BiH foundation and Radio 'Active' Zenica -but we need to thank hundreds of visitors and artists; friends and members of association that took five days and love to create contents of festival that were activist, artistic, creative and recreational activities.
This was one big step forward, proudly presented and developed by changing what youth desires, changing the state of mind, creating a better place to live, breathe and create together!

Zenica isn't bed or springboard! - they told us the first day.

What youth wants to tell is that more than twenty years, we still don't have opportunity to breathe and create in love and togetherness, during political problems. More people are moving somewhere else, looking for jobs or even just better place to live. This was breakthrough in hearing our voices. During five days, city woke up from deep sleep.

Visitors could enjoy and try spray and tie dye art, learn about soundsystem and listen to  Concert of the Middle Music School Orchestra. More activities were brought by 'Priroda i Društvo' like 'Hrana, ne oružje' and 'Bajkultura' which already have history in sharing free food and critical mass.  Last day visitors also could take anything they need (clothes, books, toys) from a flea market without money.

​Proudly reading what visitors and educators told for Radio 'Active Zenica, this Street festival full of love and friendship gave new meaning to local park which will host future activities, born right here. Love is contagious - share it everywhere!
