So, meditate on your own

There's so many ways we can meditate. And also, many practices...I was inspired by @Pia to write this warning also:
DO NOT TRY TRANSCEDENTAL MEDITATION WITHOUT GUIDE OR TEACHER...
You can't meditate without grounding (maybe this will help) and embracing all that you know, all that you are, and all the things you can see, smell, hear or feel. I wrote about that... So, without it, don't be surprised if something didn't work...
There's also many texts that explain how can you meditate... What kinds of meditation exsist... What you can with meditation... And people always ask, always... What their benefit? (I'm sure everyone can do the research on their own.) It's for the best, that you can meditate for 15-20 min. , two times a day... In the morning and in the afternoon, when Energy is still... 
Well benefits are in huge range... But, you get it when you deserve it :) and when you don't want it, but you need it.... Let's say it that way... (It's like when Universe send us someone to guide us... We may be hurt- but we learn a lesson... maybe bad example, but I know you'll get it :) etc.) You also get what you need right after practice meditation and that's feelings of joy, stress-release, generally it's like you restart your computer, your brain works perfectly released of all (negative) thougths and it's ready to keep up with anything that comes in a way...

So, when we seek for something; think about something; force ourselves to believe in something... Everything of that seems to be more far away that it was in the first place. Agree? So, secret is about letting things go. It's also about (re)connecting, flowing and it's about the Universe and pieces of It, which we carry on in ourselves. Transcedental way of Life and meditation is about the knowledge... Just need to know what and how truly you want to acknowledge something... When we know- we're calm. When we don't know- ego is disturbed and plays around. But, secret is what we want to know. It's all about Truth, in us and all around us.​

You can meditate in Nature. It's the best and the simplest way to (re)connect. If you can't feel Nature with your senses, you should work on that first, but I really think that everyone who steps where Mother Nature exist- feel Energy one or another way.

Take a deep breathe... And relax... Calm your senses and try to transcedent your thoughts to a filed of thoughts... Main difference is that all our thoughts come from field, but field doesn't contain any of our thoughts... It's atma, nirvana, kingdom of Heaven, united field of natural laws etc. So I took that blog about overthinking, to explain how we can easily jump from cloud to cloud, in our imagination... And that is also meditation.

Try it, maybe with mantra (sound meditation) it's best when you're just starting...  Be yourself and true to yourself (noone will know :p) but do it for yourself. Release yourself. Express yourself to you and to Universe. You'll get the answer somehow, it's all about our attitude to inner and outer-World.
